Software

• I am a developer for the Sage mathematics software which aims to create "a viable free open source alternative to Magma, Maple, Mathematica and Matlab". My work on Sage focusses on commutative algebra (interfaces to Singular and PolyBoRi as well as higher level functions), linear algebra (dense linear algebra over finite fields), functionality for algebraic cryptanalysis (the crypto.mq module, the interface to fpLLL) and general low-level code.
• I am the maintainer of the open-source M4RI library for fast dense linear algebra over GF(2). This library contains state-of-the-art code for matrix-matrix products and matrix elimination.
• I am the author of the open-source M4RIE library for fast dense linear algebra over small extension fields of GF(2). This library contains state-of-the-art code for matrix-matrix products and matrix elimination.
• I make the code I use for my research publicly available. My repository contains code for algebraic normal form to conjuctive normal form conversion, algebraic normal form to mixed integer program conversion, education versions of various variants of the F5 algorithm and equation system generators for various block ciphers.
